When can I use Housetold?
We’re preparing for our iOS launch, starting with UK property owners and building for the USA, Australia and Canada too. Join the launch list and we’ll email you when it’s ready.
Can we record damage and changes to the property?
Yes. Keep condition photos and notes for rooms and items, compare inspections, and add observations from both owner and tenant. Original findings stay alongside later contributions, so you can refer back to what was recorded.
Can I use it for more than one property?
Yes. Keep your properties in one app, each with its own paperwork, people and repair history. Start with one and add more as you need them.
What can my tenants see, and do they pay?
